Sunbird are delighted to offer a really well built Dutch inland cruiser, perfectly coastal capable and having benefitted from serious maintenance and a long list of improvements in the last 7 years. No expense has been spared, but sadly the owner has passed away before he could properly enjoy the fruit of his efforts and investment. The boat has just been professionally valeted, and new photos added June 2020.

Inventory and Remarks



Dutch built steel inland waterways cruiser with coastal ability. Veha built a range of high quality boats near Gröningen to designs by H Venema. Purchased in 2013 in Burgundy, and moved to the Seine between Paris and Rouen, Atlantis's owner undertook a steady program of improvements at an excellent yard, as well us conscientious maintenance.


2020 hull sand blasted, repainted and antifouled for over 10,000€


Volvo Penta TMD41 diesel engine, invoices available for servicing.
Onan 7 MDK B2-1500 T 8500 watt diesel generator installed December 2015. New 2020 aluminium box on stern platform.
Waeco 3500 amp inverter 2013. 5 recent 12v 110a/h batteries with 2018 Pheonic charger and battery monitor.
2018 Lofrans 1,000w 24v windlass. Bow thruster.


4 burner gas hob, Waeco 90 litre fridge 2017, new water heater 2018, Webasto diesel fired cabin heating. 2014 Sanimarin 31 electric macerator toilet. 240 litre holding tank with pump out. LED lights. TV and stereo.


Recent canvas work, sprayhood, cockpit cover, bimini. Dodgers, Hatches serviced and rebedded. Ample fenders and warps.


2018 VHF, Simrad RS90 AIS, Hummingbird Helix Chirp GPS/depth sounder.


Layout has 4 berths in the forward cabin with two levels of V berths. Aft to galley on port side and dinette to starboard. Up to saloon with large table, seating and cupboard units. Down to large aft cabin with ensuite heads and shower, centre line double bed and ample storage. Up from aft end of saloon to helm station, totally enclosed in canvas with clear panels. Twin seats. Aft to deck over aft cabin, surrounded with safety rails and dodgers and covered with folding bimini. Stern bathing platform aft with ladder and generator in new aluminium cocoon.


Over 70,000€ was spent on the boat between 2013 and today. Invoices are on file. The boat is in really top condition, comprehensively equipped and just been professionally valeted (early June 2020).

Croiseur fluvial néerlandais en acier avec potentiel côtier. Veha a construit une gamme de bateaux de haute qualité près de Groningen aux plans de H Venema. Acheté en 2013 en Bourgogne, et amené sur la Seine ou il est basé entre Paris et Rouen. Le propriétaire d’Atlantis a entrepris un programme régulier d’améliorations chez un chantier excellent, ainsi qu’un entretien rigoureux.

Nouveau coffre de protection en aluminium 2020 sur la plate-forme arrière. Convertisseur Waeco 3500 ampère 2013. 5 batteries récentes 12v 110a/h avec chargeur Pheonic 2018 et moniteur de batterie. Guindeau Lofrans 1000w 2018, 24v. Propulseur d’étrave 24v.


Réchaud 4 feux gaz, réfrigérateur Waeco 90 litres 2017, nouveau chauffe-eau 2018, chauffage diesel de cabine Webasto. WC/broyeur électrique Sanimarin 2014. Eclairage LED. TV et stéréo.


Tauds récents, capote, taud de cockpit, bimini. Panneaux de pont révisés. Défenses et amarres.


VHF, AIS Simrad RS90, GPS/sondeur Hummingbird Helix Chirp tous de 2018.


Arrangement avec 4 couchages dans la cabine avant avec deux niveaux de couchettes en V. Allant vers l’arrière la cuisine est côté bâbord et dinette à tribord. On monte dans le carré avec une grande tables, banquettes et meubles de rangement. On redescend vers une grande cabine arrière avec salle de bains et douche, lit double au centre et beaucoup de placards. Du carré en monte vers la poste de barre avec 2 sièges totalement protégé par les tauds avec panneaux transparents. A l’arrière un pont au-dessus de la cabine arrière, entouré de rails de sécurité et recouvert par un bimini rabattable. Plate-forme de bain à l’arrière avec échelle et groupe électrogène dans son nouveau coffre en aluminium.


Plus de 70 000 euros ont été dépensés sur le bateau entre 2013 et aujourd’hui. Les factures sont disponibles. Le bateau est en très bon état, entièrement équipé et nettoyage professionnelle faite (début juin 2020).
